Project 6: the best of a sequence

For this project I I had to set up a formal portrait session taking a good number p photographs. I concentrated on facial expression of the subject.

Portrait session photographs

I took 24 photographs in this portrait session. I tried to get different facial expression by directing my subject throughout the portrait session. After the portrait session I looked a the photographs in my photo editing programme and sorted them out.

Project 5: Eye-contact and expression

I took a number of portrait photographs, to try get some good eye contact and facial expressions. I had the subject looking towards me, looking a way to one side and then to the other side. I like the photographs where he is looking to the side but,I think I  needed to get in closer to the subjects face on the photographs where  he is looking to the sides.

Project 4: Active portrait

For this project I had to take an active portrait. I discussed a number of things my subject could do. It was easy to decide what he would do. He normally goes on the computer, so I thought this would gave a natural portrait and would be more relaxed.

I think the portrait session went well and seemed more natural.
